Cheap Cycling Pants
So I'm looking for some cheap cycling pants like as cheap as possible i need them for riding in 20-30 degree weather. when i say cheap i mean i want to spend like $20 lol but i think that might be impossible. any recommendations?

Snowboarding pants bought on clearance would fit the bill. About the only advantage to poor skiing and snowboarding conditions.

Buy any inexpensive nylon pants with long johns in the "weight" of your choice. I have light, medium, and expedition weight ones and choose based on the temperature outside on any given day. I actually could have skipped the expedition weight because even at 15F they are too warm for me (but YMMV).
Check out Sierra Trading Post for good prices on seconds and close-outs. The Wickers brand is really nice for base layers. Also, I recently got a nice pair of Marmot Precip rain pants there that I use on really cold days, or obviously, when it might be rainy or slushy. They were out of your price range at about $50, but that was by far the best price I found on any decent pant of that type. They have cheaper ones too.

+1 Running tights (sorry, but prob.$50, can't remember for sure) w/ long johns under, good at least into the high 20s .

That's what I use to do before I could afford cycling pants.
It's February so stores will be liquidating their fall/winter stock.
