Recommendation: Breathing Protection?

Hello,

What are the one or two best breathing protectors available for winter cycling to work?

Thank you,

IMO A pair (2) fullface balaclavas with neoprene lowers for the nose and mouth area. Second is a spare to use when the first gets too wet. Wash regularly.
