High Fructose Corn Syrup

Most likely it is the high fructose corn syrup that you are actually craving. Google it and then find a soda with real cane sugar, which won't tax your system anywhere near as much and switch to that. Then drop to 2 a day, then one and then one every other day. I have about 1 a day typically. Remember...the simple fact is that you HAVE to burn more calories than you take in to loose weight.
