I've seen full Campy Record bikes from the same period sell for $800 and up. Mid 90's bikes are still depreciating and aren't overly collectible.
I'll say $1500-2000 only because its hard to say its more valuable than a 1983 Specilaisima w/ a 50th anniversary Campagnolo group.
