I dont think that one does, but if you look at the order page, he lists an 'old stlye' mount which does.

Looks correct to me. You do have some options on the Marwi: Old style which swivels, new style, helmet mount and you can add an offset mount ($1) to allow the light engine to sit directly over the stem.
