it won't. There is a measurement when it comes to cranks and chainrings called BCD (bolt circle diameter). Basically, if you draw a line through the center of each chainring bolt and connect it so that it makes a circle, this measurement is the diameter of that circle.

Messenger crankarms have a BCD of 130mm. Sugino 75 cranks and chainrings have a BCD measurement of 144mm. 144mm is the standard BCD for track cranks/'rings. You would be wise to go ahead and get something w/ 144mm BCD
