This may be my most comfortable bike, a late-70's Peugeot, with chainstays longer than my touring bike. Amazingly straight-line stable, yet still has lots of zip and maneuverability.
Frame- $75, used wheelset - $75, and a fair amount of restoration work (rust, bb, headset, etc).
