Tough weekend last week - Furnioture shopping with the family. Up to 183 that is not good. I think Istarted this thing at 173. I am the founder of this I think and here I am gaining weight. I guess if I did not post each week and encourage others I would have gained a ton more.
OK Triathalon Training of late -
Monday -Travel
Tuesday - Run - ended up on the dreaded Stair stepper for 45 minutes since treadmills were taken. I am sure I did just as much aerobically. Man that was hard!
Wednesday - Run and weights
Thursday - Bike
Friday - Get bike from shop (new cassette)
Saturday - Ride!
Sunday - Trainer
OH and I believe I have proven it's not about the exercisew for me. It's the food. Need to Cut down or out some of the food that is not healthy and I want to eat too much of.
