Campagnolo Mirage 9 sp rd + Centaur 10 sp shifters = 10 sp?

I just picked up a really cheap Mirage 9 sp rd, and I am having trouble confirming if its the post-change parallellogram since I'd like to use this with 10 speed shifters as a 10 sp substitute RD..

Help?
