Spectrum Powder works (they do paint also) is the best around, but they aint cheap, and they're in Fort Collins. If you're looking for a lower cost option, and your bike is metal, non bike-specific powdercoating shops are all around. I got a frame stripped and powdercoated for $125, in one color.
