My bike is not cold weather friendly.

Ok, there are many excuses to not ride in cold weather, but my bike is trying to tell me to stop. I went for a ride the other day in the upper 20's and I found that one of my shifters only worked intermittently. It works fine when it is in the 50's, but apparently doesn't like the cold. I think shrinkage has something to do with it.
