Well what a know, I'm drinking a cup right now. Just got back from a cold and snowy ride and a cup of joe is what the doctor ordered. Made with a French Press of course. Summer it's only 2 to 4 cups a day, winter 3 to 5. It's my only bad habit but I drink it because I just like it. I can go without it and suffer no side effects.
