no budget limit for this competition. Yes, there is significant reward for maintaining a miserly budget, but if you go beyond the budget threshold required to earn points, you can still earn 40 points if you end up with a stylin', ingenious ride. We tried to balance the scoring system to reward thrift, but encourage creativity.
