I didn't make note of the shifting when I was riding on Christmas day (brake cables need to be adjusted, so it wasn't safe to take a long ride), but I can update that on Monday.
Surprisingly the seat post is not past the mark. I haven't played with it much, so hopefully I won't have to let it out any more than it already is...if so, it may have to go back onto CL. It's placed where it is from the previous owner...whom I didn't get to meet.
I'll try to get some better pics over the weekend, but I'm in Nashville, and we're having inclement weather down here...doesn't make for good photography...maybe I'll just turn on a few more lights or something.
