Are you sure that's a '74? it looks like the "inoxydable" sticker was placed high on the seat tube to leave room for the Reynolds 531 sticker and they were moved to the downtube in '74.
Also, isn't the stem different?

I could be a year or so off. I purchased it new in 1976, and always thought it was a 74. What year do you place it at? The seatpost and stem were changed out as well as replacing the derailleurs with Simplex Super LJ. I needed a shorter stem-- long legs short torso (25" or about 64cm frame). The original Simplex seatpost broke after about 5 years of use. The wheels in the picture are some clinchers I built for training. I still have the sewup wheels that are in excellent condition.
