it doesnt matter. It's easy if the the bike is on its wheels and you are pressing down. If it's too hard, use a deadblow or a rubber mallet on the end of the tool while keeping it in contact with the bb cup. Again, make sure you're doing that in the correct direction, otherwise...I dunno, bad things happen. Ask the ghostbusters about that.
