In his other thread on this topic, Machka questions whether you are an employee. From what you have written above, I can't tell either. Maybe you are, maybe you aren't.
Other than Tom, I don't know who the BF/Internet Brands employees are either.
Employees should clearly identify themselves through their signature, or in that phrase above the avatar.
