You need a bike with easy gearing to protect the knee.
The more you ride the stronger you will become.
Ride and rest then ride as much as your body will allow.
Sore legs, hands, feet ,back, butt is all normal for new riders.
Take a rest day once each week.
Learn how to fix a flat tire. Practice at home.
