They will be fine. You might try rotating the bars up a tad, so that the so-called ramp area doesn't angle downward as sharply. If you find it impossible to get comfortable on your current bars or just need an excuse to buy more stuff, however, you may wish to spring for some of them fancy $65 bars.
Considering the turkey levers, I'd hope you didn't spend much more than $65 on the entire bike.
