Windsor's were made in Mexico. FWIW I have one that I accumulated from somewhere in the early 80's...typical low to mid range bike of the era. But I liked the chrome lugs and IIRC it was only $20 or so

Memory is the first to go, Which in my case is pretty bad since I worked 3 years in a shop that sold Windsors I must have been thinking about the Woodrup I tried to buy on Ebay a few months ago
