I don't get it. Why did they not use a level top tube? It isn't using a 650 front- so they could just as easily have designed this as a conventional frame (and hence NOT been "tall"). This looks more like a fake pursuit design, compared to something like a lo-pro. Then again, are lo-pros even UCI legal?
