+10 Depends which levers you have. I use the Cane Creek hoods, Niagara sells them for $6 last time I loaded up. Here's some on the 1983 Olympian I just cleaned up. I hand cut these to allow the turkey lever mechanism to come through the hood.

Just checked the price, they are now $7.99 at Niagara.

If it is for a keeper, I usually just get the Pyramid Aerolevers at Niagara, which are less than $12, complete with lever hoods.
