What do the numbers say?
This will be my first season of racing. My first race is in March so I decided find out where I'm at to get some idea of how to schedule my training.
I did the 2x8 CTS Field Test on a trainer.
My numbers:
Avg hr--186
Max hr--200
Avg cadence--90
As I progress and get more fit and re-test am I looking for my avg hr and max hr to go down with each re-test?
