The current Wipperman master link isn't the best fit for a SRAM or Campy UN chain share the same width across the inner plates. It fits Shimano, Wipperman or KMC chains the best.
As noted, you can get a powerloc off, but it ususally takes the Park chain pliers. If the link has no snap to it when it's put back on, the a new one is in order.
