Yeah, it is "short" isn't it. Especially the rear wheel.

No worries on the distance beating you up. I've ridden mine on 200 km rides and felt fine. If anything I wish that the headtube was shorter so that I could get a little bit lower. Right now I have no spacers and a -17 degree stem and still wish to be a little lower.
