Ohhh,...looks like these guys have been watching Honda's concept bike presentations, more specifically their V4 concept from a little over a year ago:

.......with wild dreams about spokeless wheels (Luigi Colani had been dreaming about getting spokeless wheel technology for motorcycles and cars since the early 90's) and monocoque structure, which I guess isn't a big deal anymore with bicycles. Who knows, maybe Peugeot will pull off a TT bike that might looks close to this concept study, but Honda sure wasn't so successful with carrying over the V4 concept model into their new VFR.
