Are you happy with the calipers' stopping power, and did you think of having a disc brake?
It's too soon to tell. Coming from squealing V brakes, it's nice to leave the noise behind but I did find myself using more pressure on the brake levers.
Maybe I need to experiment with different brake pads, not sure if the ones that came with the Mavic brakes are optimal.
I do have a disk compatible rear hub, so I could add one at any time but I like the simplicity and weight savings of calipers.
When is your bike due? Interested in seeing how your paint job came out.
