Yes i`ve seen
www.tomscargobikes.com, the first cargo bike i made i use the same sistem but i `ve a problem becouse i dont ave a precise component, the bar and the weelsh dont move at the same time.
The iron pulley is part of an hub, the type whit the brake inside.
