I dunno. I mean, for me, "bent" wheels means wheels with busted rims. You know like sidewalls busted in or rims bent so bad like this:

But he says it's pretty true. So it could simply mean his wheels need some truing. (Truing is an awesome trick for any cyclist to learn; and starting earlier the better, I am sure. ... I am also sure girls would think you are geek unfortunately. ... Darn it, I know)
