for a super simple solution, clear nail polish will fill the scratch to keep out rust/corrosion and while the scratch will still show, it wont have ugly non-matching paint. But with all the colors out there, you can probably match it close
get a fine paint brush instead of what comes with the nail polish though... they make TINY paint brushes!
