Then in the mid 80s were pretty entry model with straight gauge tubes weighing about 28 lbs. But still no turkey wings or stem shifters. Need more information about your bike, like: Is there a tube material sticker of the ST? Steel rims? Components? 27 inch tires? I'd say at least $100 assuming steel wheels and entry level.
+1 IF it is an entry-level version. - But if that is a late 70's issue, with Weinmann alloys, Suntour dr's and the lighter weight (Vitus) frame, I would say 200 would be an average value for such a bike - and $250 for one in super condition. These 70's Gr Touring bikes are really nice - the ride is very similar to my Raleigh Super Course.
