I just bought something like these today at Home Depot for $11 CDN. They're a little different though, mine took a bit beefier and have a built-in 15mm cable. So, once it's screwed into the wall, there's a cable ready to loop around the top tube, just lock and forget about it! These brackets also fold up against the wall when they're not needed.

Unfortunately the locks aren't included, so you have to shell out another ten bucks (or more) for some decent padlocks. Though now that I think about it, the U-lock that's already attached to the bike would work just as well as the padlock.. D'oh!
