titanium--i've been doing martial arts since 1998, around the time i stopped cycling. The reason i stopped is because i had so many stuff i had to bring with me that it was safer for me to commute than to ride my bike. This time, i have less stuff that i can ride my bike.
Our teacher just left the country yesterday. Practice sessions are back to twice a week 2 hours each. I have permission from my wife that i'd be riding more this weekend, one in the morning and another session in the afternoon.
Except for friday and saturday, which was rest days for me, i rode 1 hour each day for the past few days. I've started adding some distance into my rides this time, but the pace still remains slow and leisurely. I haven't weighed myself yet but i've already lost half an inch from my waist last friday.
