At first I though maybe you could off the crank arm, and make use of the threads used for removing the arm, (for the crank puller).
But driving the left side of the crank would not work, because you'd be backing out of the threads as you pedal.
If you drove the left wheel, rather than right, you'd be tightening as you go.

I'd ask on the AZ forum too, there's a bunch of "hacker mentality" over there.
