Excellent Dan...just freakin RAWK!!
I lost 30# starting before Thanksgiving 2005 through Xmas. Toughest time of the year man...totally felt awesome though. I was 215 and dropped down to 185. Now I hover around 195-200.
More importantly now...I don't concentrate on the lap times and grinding out hills for "training" sake. I just have a dadgum good time!
