Shopping for a first dualie is hard work... but fun! I've got it down to 4 choices, thank god. Trying them all out is going to be tough because they're spread out over different counties, so I'm going to take a simpler approach.
My needs are a plush ride (for my 40-year old body) and climbing prowess. No drops or crazy stuff. I'll be using it mainly on singletrack, lots and lots of rocks and roots to rollover. The following bikes are new but older models (all in US dollars) that I think will do the trick, but i'd sure like an opinion on this.
