Some of this year's entries were spraypainted. A couple were painted with a brush. At least one was professionally refinished. At least one was powdercoated.
All were classy, if not classics, and if the contest threads are any indication, the participants had a lot of fun. Enjoyment was the real theme. As a mere spectator, I enjoyed the contest almost as much as the "competitors".
