I don't know the vintage of your wheels, but back when Open Pros were in production the SSC designation meant Service Speciale Course" (special service for racing) and were sold at a premium over the standard model. Some were also identifiable by a blue anodizing. It's been a while and I forget if the difference was the alloy, heat treat, or extra care in production (or all three or just pure marketing).

I had a pair of SSC tubular rims for a long time, and remember they built up nicely and held up very well (or at least until the next rain filled pothole - my lifelong nemesis).

True them up, and if the hubs are in good shape you've something you'll enjoy for years.
