Google about for treatment. There isn't much that works.
One thing that helps seems to be

Stand on something like stairs with your heals off. Raise yourself with your good leg, or with your arms
Lower yourself very slowly with using your injured leg. Do it 15 times twice a day. Do not lift using the injured leg.

Heal.

Worked for me.
