It it's any consolation, all of mine are under 20.

The thing about commuting is that no matter how easy or hard you ride it, it works like interval training, and it's regular. Intervals are allegedly the best sort of training. And in my experience anyway, I can easily ride two or three times my usual distance without much trouble, as long as I've been riding regularly.

In short, you'll do fine at GFLBT.
