Got a free fit when I bought my bike at Sunrise (https://shop.sunrisecyclery.com/page/1002/) on long island. I haven't had a bike fit done for me before as this was my first bike but the whole process seemed very high tech. The guy videotaped my riding, had sensors to measure the strength of my pedal stroke, had the whole thing hooked up to a computer etc. He also put stickers on knees, hips, legs to measure exact distances between joints and bike componentry. Not sure what the 'standard' is, though.

Hope this helps.
