I'm no expert, and don't have much to compare them to since its my first set of "good" wheels. I've had mine a little more than a month, and about 500 miles, and love them. I'm 195 lbs and they seem stiff to me -- and after more than a few good slams in pot holes and drops of curbs -- both are still perfectly true.
I was most impressed when I got a flat in back going 25-30 mph -- I didn't notice the flat until it was totally flat -- no damage to the wheel at all.
