As it does not currently have mounting tabs for a disc brake caliper, I'm going to say no to mounting a disc brake on it. That's not to say that you couldn't do it but it will require stripping off the chrome, welding the mounting tabs on, then re-chroming the fork. Probably not worth the effort to you.
