As promised, better photos attached.

Also, I've confirmed that it's French Thread. I haven't been able to track down the year, but if I had to guess, it would be late 70s/early 80s.

The rear spacing is 120 and the fork spacing looks to be 96mm. Should work nicely as a fixed gear.
