To those who said "lesson learned" you're absolutely right and I keep trying to convince myself that same thing. Just got a little bit easier as it is a new day and I slept some of the disappointment off.

@kayakdiver- I did do some measurements and with them am pretty sure it's a 62, but the measurements are so close to each other (within a 1/2" or so) it's hard to tell. I am going to get talk to surly on Monday and see if they can clear it up using a serial number. (but I don't want to call it a 62cm and screw the next guy because my measurements were off and it's a 60cm)
