For the people asking about Psmiet prices, my honest guess is that he doesn't quote anything because his prices are too far below MSRP that he would get in some trouble. Either that or he is charging nothing over part cost for actually assembling the wheels and doesn't want people to take too much advantage of him. You've got to wait awhile because he's only one person, but on price I haven't seem anything in the USA that can beat him. But those are just my guesses from buying from him, and I've never met him or talked to him outside of our quick emails on the purchase. I think it's fitting that I've never seen a single dissatisfied customer of his on this board.
