The Tiburon seems to come with idiotic 28mm tyres - idiotic because the only advantage the narrower tyres have is a cut in air resistance, which is pointless in a bike with the Tib's upright rider position. Put high quality 35 to 40mm tyres on, if they'll fit. Braking and cornering will improve as well as comfort.
