We should be equally as ready to give praise and criticism to bike shops. This post is to give Kudos to the service department of Highlands Ranch Bike Source. Steve there definitely has the customer in mind.
It is easy for a business to look good when everything goes well. It is much harder when correcting a human error. In this case he took care of a problem while I waited. Not only did he take care of it, he did so with a good attitude that left me feeling good and wanting to do business with him again.
This is the second time I've had occasion to deal with this shop. They gave me good advice and their work was absolutely superior.
