Ive been going to NYC bikes for a while and havnt had a problem.. They are always busy because they do good work at a low price. They sell parts dirt cheep because they build the bikes they sell.. I have my bike in their shop getting a new track bottom bracket. The price is low so i am not stressing the week wait to have it finished.
I also ordered a fixie on their pre-season special. quality parts at a very low price. Ive seen good reviews on the bike and I feel that it comes with better parts then the IRO fixed they have in that price range.
no complaints here.
