I got the bike just about totally ready to go. I put a new tube that's the correct size in the back tire, got a spare tube for in case of a flat, tire levers, small pump and an underseat bag to fit everything but the pump which has its own mount. All that is left is to clean and lube a few things and everything should be golden.
I also picked up a used Brooks B17 on the cheap. It's one of the "special" models with the copper rivets. It shows signs of use but is otherwise fine for the next 10 years or so. If I ever get a new one I'll put this one on my ratty Varsity.
Can't wait 'till Saturday...
